Sequence warranties its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the initial delivery date for as long as the product is owned by the original buyer(s). This warranty is not transferable and is only given to the original purchaser. Exceptions to the warranties are as follows:

- Fabric: Grades 1 and 2 have a 3-year warranty period
- Electrical: 5-year warranty period

This warranty made by Sequence only to purchaser acquiring the product directly from Sequence, its authorized dealers, or others who are specifically authorized by Sequence to sell such products. The obligation of Sequence and purchaser's remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at the option of Sequence, FOB Sequence's headquarters, of replacement parts which prove, under normal use, to be defective within the period stated, which remedy is expressly agreed to be exclusive as a condition of such replacement. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume for Sequence any liability in connection with Sequence products. Customer will get credit returns only after received by Sequence and must be returned in 30 days.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SEQUENCE'S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THAT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE THEORY UPON WHICH ANY CLAIM MIGHT BE BASED INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY ON TORT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SEQUENCE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from shipment, storage, accident, alteration, misuse, assembly or installation. All claims under this warranty must be authorized in writing by Sequence prior to the repair or replacement of products.
